3.1TL Wiring Harness

Fellow 3.1 owners... any of you have a picture of your harness for the mid woofers?

While I had mine apart, I found that mine were both wired strangely. I'm curious if ALL 3.1TL's were wired the same as according to the scematic, a posative lead should go to all 4 MW and a ground should go to all 4 MW... but it's not that simple. Is there supposed to be some series wiring in there?

    I think i have one i got from tollfan a while ago.If you don't get what you need i'll dig it out and take a pic and see if it tells you what you need

    Alright in the mean time while brgman searches for what he's looking for, all our SRS models have 4 stereo drivers. How are the MW wired inside the 2.3 and 1.2 models?

    I found a picture I took when I first got my speakers that shows what I'm trying to inquire about. Have a look at the wiring. When I hooked everything back up, black is always positive... It also is on the next driver that black branches off to.

    Man I am going completely off memory but I think there may be some series wiring going on in the 3.1TL. Unfortunately my photographic memory is not 100% and I did not take a picture of that test so I don't have any records...

    Maybe Mike R would be able to help as he just hooked his back up within the last month or so

    I will probably be taking m ine appart in the next week or so, so I can add the plexiglass Gimpod board reinforcements to the crossovers. I can take some photos of the wiring then if you wouldlike. I have many other things I need to do along with this, so I cannot guarantee how long it will take to get it done. I hope I can help you out though.

    The wiring in your pic is correct. That white lead coming off the black/white should have a small piece of black tape at the other end indicating that it is positive.
