One speaker louder than other

Umm any tips on how to remove the drivers without damaging the baffle? Should I use a screw driver to pop the drivers out? They seemed glued to the speakers almost. Tried pulling it my fingers and nails and couldnt get it to bug. When I use a screwdriver I leave marks on the baffle around it

If you aren't careful you could void your warranty. Call Polk CS before you go that route.---

perhaps the malfunctioning tower is the louder one not the softer one. Im not very smart in this area but couldnt one check the crossover/drivers resistance from the terminals with a multi-meter. Thinking maybe the louder one is running under 8ohm and drawing more current.Oh, Listen here mister. We got no way of understandin' this world. But we got as much sense of this bird flyin in the sky. Make sure all of the wiring inside the speaker is okay. I recently had a pair of speakers shipped to me and after hooking them up, I found that one of the tweeters didn't work. I removed the tweeter and one of the wires had become disconnected, presumably during shipping. It took a few seconds to fix.Display: Sony 42" LCD

If it's still under warranty it's best not to touch it. Call Polk and ask them what to do. -
