AVR with pre-outs and hdmi

not looking for anything fancy, just a simple hdmi ready avr with pre outs, no preference for brand or model, anything 5.1-7.2 will be fine, looking to keep it under 450 if possible,

    Some models to look at from that site: Onkyo TX-NR709, TX-NR809 (prefer this model as its got a IEC plug so you can use your own powercable's). Not sure what Denon models have pre-outs, same with Marantz.

    I would try to get a AVR with Audyssey MultiEQ XT over just MultiEQ or 2EQ if it were me.

    ok will keep in mind, and yeah i plan to make my own power cable for a few things, but its spendy

    I have a new in the box Harman Kardon AVR-354 that I am "thinking" about selling. Not 100% sure yet. I bought it as a back up in case of failure of one of my other HK units. I just bought a Sherwood R-972 so I really don't need it. List was 899.00 I believe. Lowest price would be 375.00 plus shipping. I have always loved the sound of HK stuff.

    If yamaha has good synergy, why upset the balance. I find their avrs very neutral sounding. Buy used from a few years old, and you will have what you need.

    As an option, I have a Pioneer Elite VSX-84TXSi for sale in the Flea market, for what I would consider to be quite a deal, and would achieve what are looking to do. Probably much better quality than you would get otherwise for your money.
