DENON POA-2200 no output -- one side of power light blinking...

I went to check out DENON POA-2200 yesterday.
It was an hour drive and was hoping to power RTA-12C's with this.
When I got there and dug it from garage furniture rack, bad news. The amplifier is dead.
It turns on but 1/4th of the light on the right hand side blinks all the time.

Since I was already there, I bought it along with a PRA-1000 pre-amplifier that has one broken input but other inputs work fine.

So what could be the issue with this POA-2200 or rather DOA-2200?
The long power light is steady all the way except on the right corner where it blinks.
Is it something I can tinker on or need pro to look at it?
If it's something that costs around a hundred, I'm willing to fix it but more than that, I can get another with little more money on top of what I spent on this.
Thanks for suggestions.

Done. Don't buy it. Most amp problems are going to cost at least $100. And if you have to ship it,
    at least $200.

That model has a lot of information on line, including the service manual.
The question becomes, what's your skill level?
If not up to snuff, get some info on any local shops with a good track record.
If none local, then thing get pricey fast.

update: I see you posted on this amp at AK over a year ago.
The answer is still the same. If you aren't technical, there's most likely not
going to be much you can do for it.

I got this last weekend so unless I went back a year in a time machine, that's impossible.

If you mean this thread, http://www.audiokarma.org/forums/showthread.php?t=484674, I posted it on 11/30/2012.

My skill level is limited to opening the amp and cleaning/deoxit and may be checking few easily accessible parts.
I'll see if any local guys can fix it.
    Thanks
