opinion on amp???

Hi All. I'm buying my first external dedicated amplifier for my new (to me) SDA SRS 2 set. And I dont think my Onkyo AVR has the muscle to handle the job.

Does anyone have an opinion on the ATI1502 amplifier? Decent or junk? For a $500 budget?
