Trouble with sending signals around house, and use a X10 repeater / coupler which helps but still have issues. Can I use 2 repeaters? I believe my issues are due the having 3 electrical / CB panels in my house.

They have X10 signal diagnostic tools which can help you troubleshoot where the signal is getting lost, or interfered with. Repeater / couplers aren't going to solve your problems if you have a lot of noise on your lines. The best advice is to dump X10 and move to either Insteon and Z-wave. More expensive but they have a better future IMO.

2 repeaters may cause more issues, and probably won't fix the problem. Usually issues are caused by having items on different phases, more panels shouldn't be an issue, other than distance. This guy makes custom coupler/repeaters that are far beter that X-10's:

Background.
I have a repeater off one of my sub panel, and for most times it works fine controlling my house outside lights controlled by my pool Intellitouch system.
Would a .1uf 600v cap work on the main electric panel if I need a signal back on the other sub panel vs another repeater?
