Sealed and ported subwoofers in the same setup

I have a mixed 2ch and home theater set up (AVR with pre-outs, 2ch pre-amp with HT bypass, 5ch amplifier, LSi9s, LSiC, DSW 500) and I have been considering getting a sealed subwoofer to extend the lower end of my LSi9s for 2ch listening (would be connected with either split L&R pre-outs to line-in or speaker wire to the high level inputs). While watching movies would I run into difficult/impossible to fix phasing issues if I ran my front L&R channels full range w/ a sealed subwoofer filling in the lows and a ported subwoofer (DSW 500) for the LFE?
I assume the phasing issues wouldn't be much worse than running a set of towers full range with a subwoofer for LFE, but that is just a guess.

I guess I will report back with my experience when my new sub gets in and is setup.
