I acquired these speakers as a part of a bulk equipment sale with the intent of selling them. I've listened to them a ton over the last month and they sound excellent. I've switched back to my Maggies a couple times, but the SL3's are in my main system now because they sound awesome. Crazy imaging and soundstage.

Functionality of everything is 100%. Cosmetically, solid 7's. Small dings here and there on the cabinets, but the front faces and panels are excellent.

I have (2) pairs of SL3's. One pair is newer than the other and has newer style binding posts. I also installed ScanSpeak woofers in that newer pair. Not a night and day difference, but the bass is a little tighter.

Prices are firm and for cash money. No shipping. Pickup in 22308. I can drive a little ways to meet if necessary.

- original SL3's: $800

- newer SL3's: $1000

- Cinema center: $600

- All (5) speakers: $2k even

For 24 thats a kick **** system. I hope you did the whole movie deal with them or that would be sacrilegious. As an owner of a full electrostat system myself I can say that a bluray and ML's is an experience not to be ignored. These are the most accurate speaker tech and that translates into some real scary gun shots and explosions

Thanks for the good words. Yea, the dialog from the Cinema is excellent. Electrostats give you all of that "texture" around voices and effects that make them spooky real.
