This is purely to see if there is anything out there. I have not convinced myself I want to rid myself of this amp just yet. So I am testing the waters a bit. I am REALLY wanting a pair of SDA's. But also might be interested in other things like a 7.1 AVR. Preferably Onkyo, Denon or something of the like. Could use a decent laptop for my daughter. Since she snapped the screen off her Vaio recently. A decent tubed preamp.
The M504 is bone stock and I have never ever had any issues with it. The lights on the meters are still original. I really love this amp, not only for its looks but for its natural (to me anyways) sound. This one is rated at 165 wpc into 8 ohms. Weighs around 50 lbs.

My brother in law is sending me his 2 year old laptop for my daughter. He just switched to a Mac. So I do not need a laptop now.
Other interesting speakers considered as well. Especially vintage Infinity models. Polk Monitor 12, though SDA or RTA12 preferred. Powered subwoofers. Component sub amps, plate amps etc.--Gary--

What are you going to use as an amp for the new speakers if you trade the Onkyo away? Do you have a back up plan?

Well that all depends....on what you have to trade.....and if your are into a road trip to say....the AL/GA line! If I sell it, the wife will use it to pay a bill, trades are only considered. lol But really I have about decided to keep it. Future plans are to recap it and do the led mod. That is unless something I want more comes along.
