M3 brackets

Can anyone tell me how to get replacement mounting brackets for my older M3 speakers? A freind told me that they were recalled for safety reasons?

    Hello wkjeffers,
    If it were me I would give Polk's CS department a call at 1-800-377-7655 or send them an email at: polkcs@polkaudio.com. There were two mounting types for the M3, it depends upon what vintage you have. But Polk will be able to help you identify which one.
    For the record it was the early version of the M1 and M2 that had the bracket problem, the M3 was never a problem.
