SDA 2B with SL2000 vs SDA CRS+ with SL2000 -- which is better?

Question to those who have had both.
Which sounds better?
SDA 2B with single SL2000 vs SDA CRS+ with single SL2000.

The only SDA I ever had is the CRS+.
Since 2B's use same tweeter, mid drivers and crossover, how better they sound compared to CRS+?
Or, should I just wait for higher models like 3.1's?
Thanks

Subwoofers: Klipsch RW10, Triad ProSub Bronze.

That said, though, the CRS+ is no slacker when it comes to bass. I continue to be highly impressed by the bass my 4.1TL's are putting out. Having owned both, if I had a choice between the two, I'd go with the CRS+. The sound is so similar, and $200 in savings will pay for new tweeters and a set of Tony's boards.
Good music, a good source, and good power can make SDA's sing. Tubes make them dance.

Well CRS+ are already spoken for so no upgrades on them.
I am thinking whether I'd like the 2B's better but I need another large pair of speakers like holes in my head.

Ah right, you had CRS+'s and are selling them. If you weren't in love with the CRS+'s, I don't see how you'll be ga-ga over 2B's. Still not quite sure why you didn't love the CRS+, though. There's got to be something wrong with synergy with the rest of your system, room placement, or room acoustics. There's no way I'd part ways with the 4.1's I just did.

My room sucks in multiple ways.
First, the whole floor is a long rectangle from front door to back sliding door.
Floor is around 14 feet x 36 feet.
Front door --> kitchen --> dining area --> living area --> back sliding door.
Actual living area is hardly around 12 x 12 or 10 (on one side due to weird stairs placement) so very limited space and all the furniture like sofa, tables, end tables, lamp, TV, TV stand, audio stand etc... are there.

2nd is the joint living and this may be the reason why I don't like speakers that work great in good volume.
I can never listen to any speakers at moderate volume when neighbors are in.
So I kinda prefer speakers that have great mid/highs in low volume.

3rd is CRS+ are stock and not upgraded so it is not fully at it's top performance.

So basically, 2B's also will have similar sound.
I guess I'll pass on them for now until I find them for around $150 to give another try.

A certain number of holes ARE needed in a head. One possible reason for your lack of love might be attributed to the SL 2000 factor....................2Bs with either an RDO 194 or a 198 will be damn nice sounding speakers,IMO. (same goes for the CRS+)

Could be SL2000 but I like my HT setup with them.
My current HT setup has all 6 Polk speakers with SL2000 tweeter along with a CS350 center.
    Sounds VERY good. :)

The SDA effect is like nothing else to me. I am hooked line and sunk! Not able to get the ones I want delivered to me, but am in awe with the CRS+'s I am currently running and am anxious to have the SDA 1B's being delivered in a short time as well. These babies are as minty as I have ever seen and I will post pics when I get them....nit that everyone hasn't already seen em. Perfect size for the bedroom and that wil free up the CRS+ set to go to my 17 year old son's bedroom! Yahoo, I am a SDA fan for life!!
