Vintage Polk Speaker classes
I just wanted to express my thoughts and wanted to hear some input back with regards to the different levels of vintage Polk speakers. I have two sets of Polks, Monitor 7c's, as well as recently purchased RTA-12B's. I think both sound amazing and have awesome balance to them. I do feel however that the RTA-12B's have a much larger sound stage and presence to them, but I figured that since they're a larger speaker.
I guess my question is how do the Monitor series and RTA series compare with the SDA type speakers. I find it difficult to think the SDA's are much better but then again I've never heard them. What's the main differences between the classes of speakers?
Thanks!

my previous Monitor 12s are more directional vs 1Cs, even they have the same # of drivers. to me, SDA speakers just give you crazy big soundstage in a nice way. they're very easy to listen to for hrs w/o hurting your ears like many newer polks. Start hunting on CL for some SDA speakers buddy, you will like them.
