Opinions on sound bars

Hello,
Been a whiles since I posted but still scan the forum quite often.

Heres my question.
Won a sales contest where I work and get to choose (if I want either) between a Yamaha YAS-101 and a Harman Kardon SB16
sound bar. I know there is quite a price difference but is there a quality difference?

I had the chance to demo a couple of the POLKS and really liked them, either of these will not cost me anything therefore I must consider that.

I have a 40" SONY in a medium to slightly larger room setting.

Any and all opinions greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
Sharp Aqous 40" LCD
Onkyo TX SR-507 AVR
Onkyo DX-C390 CD Changer
POLK RTI8 Mains--Cherry
the rest...in process...slowly!!

Since you are not paying, why not go with the more expensive HK? I haven't heard either, but the HK appears to be better from the online reviews.
Rig1 - Totem Hawks, Benchmark HDR, Parasound A21, Sonus, Samsung 52 LCD, Audioquest Type4
Rig2 - LFD LE IV Integrated, Harbeth P3ESR, Rega Dac, MF V-Link, IMAC, Audioquest Type4

    Anyone?
I have read countless reviews on both but looking for a little input here from anyone who has actually used or heard either one on these?
