I would like to look at the for sale section, but getting to 100 post is obsurd. I know it its there for obvious reasons but I have nothing to add to this website as I dont know much about Polks.

If you take time to participate, you will find this site is not exclusive to Polk products.
If you can't hear a difference, don't waste your money.

With a 5 year old and a 1.5 year old I find it hard to "participate". I just started piecing my equipment together and finding it frustrating....

You own Polks. You have impressive electronics. Why can't you participate?? Those of us that have been around for a bit protect our FM. We pass good deals on to other "participating" Polkies. For the most part we offer better deals than you'd find on CL or Ebay. You need to EARN the right. Just my opinion...

Well from my perspective its frustrating. Im just some guy who loves Polk and would like to find some speakers. there is nowhere to find the ones I would like except from here as every site points me to Polkaudio.com. Earn the right by commenting on something I know nothing about? cmon. I could post 1000 times and not contribute at all. just my opinion

I know the rules sound brutal but there is "post a picture", "what are you listening to", and "Happy birthday" threads

and as said before you have some nice equipment to chat about....what kind of cables are you using???:evil::evil:

I couldnt post a pic for the life of me, already post bombed the what are you listening to and happy bithday thread will get me 1% closer. My cables are radio shack rca garbage and pawn shop speaker wire. I bought the mcintosh stuff a week ago, sounds "warm" just like everyone says, thank god I could get on that forum to buy the gear. I dont mean to be a sour puss but I cant seem to help it!!!

So here is a suggestion. Start a thread called help me make my setup better. First thing we will say is get good midrange speaker cables like from blue jeans cable, signal cable, Audioquest, ect.

You have great gear and basic cables. Better cables will make your gear sound better.

Just a thread like I suggested can generate 50 post easy. Just ask questions and check in and respond.

We protect each other on our sale items like a family. We don't just let everyone get our deals.

If you had something like a nice tv to sell would you give your brother/mom/family the same price as a stranger on Craigslist? Of course not.

Same rules. There are deals/trades/freebies that happen here because we are a community. I give lower prices here than on CL BECAUSE I want to pass things on to people here.

I don't want someone I don't know to try to get my lower price here for my friends rather than my price for everyone else.
Contribute and be rewarded. It's how it works.

You will find if you keep groaning about it you will never hit 100 post because we will just stop responding. So ask questions, not too hard. Ask abou the SDAs you want to find out if they are the ones that will work best for you, ask about average prices for them, ect.

It's really easy to get to 100, promise.

For what applications? HT or 2 channel, for HT you can't beat the RTIA series or the Lsi's or Lsim's for double duty. Those 10bs you have are great for 2 channel, now the SDA's live up to the hype I've acquired 3 pair since joining this forum and wow they impress. Hang out particapate those 100 posts will happen sooner than you think.

I think you do mean to be a sour puss, and it's annoying.

Anyway... far more SDA's get sold on CL and ebay than do here. There are probably a handful on craigslist within a 100 miles of you right now.

eBay is full of SDA's and all they require is that you have money. What a concept, eh?
