I have a pair of HPM-60's that need foam and also one speaker is missing half veneer on one side.
Should I bother re-foaming them and probably restore veneer or just get rid of them?
I have two pairs of Monitor 7's and wondering if these HPM-60's would be upgrade or not.
Thanks for comments.

I don't think it would be. I had some HPM90's way back and loved them but lost all interest when i heard Polks with good amplification

Everything I've read would indicate that the 7s are way better than the HPM-60- folks don't seem to be very happy with that model on the forums.

FWIW, I've had the HPM-100s, and I loved them. They have a great vintage sound and when set up right they are amazing, and great looking. But I sold them, and I will never sell my Polk Monitor 7s!

    Hmmm...
I see. Looks like most love 100's or 150's but not so much on the 60's.

I guess then I'll part them out and give away the cabinets.
