Get The Led Out concert

GTLO is a Led Zeppelin tribute band. My bro-in-law several months ago wanted to know if we would like to go hear them. I hesitated due to my previous experiences with such concerts but I did read some decent reviews online so what the heck. It was worth the trip/$$. No, they don't look like the orginal band members and the special effects/lighting was average and the mixing could have been better at times(esp on several lead guitar sections) but they were attempting to sound like the studio recordings while on stage and I think they did a good job. My biggest reservation was if the lead singer can do Robert Plant justice and he did better than I expected. They are all talented but I really enjoyed the drummer. So, if they are in your area and you are a Zep fan it's a good way to spend a few hours.
Yep, my name really is Bob.

Im a big Led Zep fan.
I was at the show at Penn's Peak as well. I've seen them 4 times....if you like Zep, this will definitely give you your "Fixx"
They do a great job. All the musicians are extremely experienced professionals. Prolly the best Zep cover band out there.
If they come your way...get a ticket, a cold beer and enjoy the ride. Nothing like Zep played well and LIVE!HOME THEATER 5.1

Sounds very kewl. No tour dates near me. Now I had to dust of my Royal Albert Hall DVD show and get a fix of Page using a bow on his guitar. Not a bad DVD considering the technology of the time... I forget what shows are on DVD 2 ... maybe I can get some beer and chill a night over the holiday week. Congrats on catching the show for a good time!
