Great speakers! Probly the most bang for the buck in modern history! You need to sign up for e-blast emails for codes to work. I love my monitor 70 set up. Thanks

Let me tell you. If you are putting a more reasonably "priced" system together, you just cannot beat a set of Monitor 70s and a CS2 up front. Especially at these prices. I bought mine several years ago, slapped an Onkyo 805 on them with some M-30s and a sub similar to a PSW 505 in a space of 11.5 x 16.5 x 8.5 and it pounds enough for me! Moved on to two channel and vintage which I find far more interesting and challenging.

HT is easy unless you want it to do "double" duty!

Get some good POWER on a set of M-70s and go ahead and audition them against some Rti-As like the A5s or even A7s and see how they do. You'll be very very very surprised! Possibly even Shocked?

300 for a pair of M-70s, get outta here! Already!

I built my home system around newegg deals on Monitors and used equipment from this forum for the most part, it blew me away what those M70s can do. I highly recommend them to anyone.
