Im a home theater newbie and when setting up my Monitor 45B speakers as surrounds I have the option of setting them as small or large. When I set them as small it defaults to 80Hz. Question is... Based on the 45B specs should they be set at a different Hz? Any help is greatly appreciated.

I think small is fine. As a surround speaker, I doubt it will need to output sounds below 80hz very often if at all. Sure the speaker's spec says its frequency range starts at 47hz, but unless you are using them as main speakers and need/want the range, small is okay.

Thanks for the tips! I did the auto speaker setup this morning with my receiver and everything sounds great!
