Power amp suggestions?

As stated in another thread I picked up a pair of SDA CRS's today! I do not have anything to power them with right now. All my amps/preamps are being used in other systems.

I am searching for an amp that will go with it. I would like to use the mcintosh c26 preamp i have in my closet. Would this be ok with the CRS's?

This will be my first time owning a pair of SDA's of any sort. My main 2 channel system is a pair of DQ10's and Yamaha C4/M4 setup.

These sounded really good when i went to listen to them. They were being powered by a carver preamp/amp setup.

Thank you!

 thanks F1, I would love to sell off some body parts for something like this.

I guess i should be a little less vague.

Something under 500-700 would be great. Vintage/used are not a problem and I do not mind getting something that needs some love/repairs either.

In that price range it is tough to beat an Adcom GFA-555 Mark II - You might also find a Mark Levinson built Proceed AMP 2 for that money as well. The Proceed AMP 2 is an amazing performer for the money. A Nak. Stasis in another idea as well. Proceed AMP2 would be my choice.

I would think a little more long range and look/price some of the other Adcom amps too. I think they also sell some factory refurbs, as well if you are interested.
