Time to thin the herd. I will start with a couple of pairs of very nice speaker cables for your consideration.

1)
Zu Libtec - 3 meter pair with 5/16" copper spades at both ends. These were my primary SC for 4 years with an original retail price of around $1100.00 for this length. I grade these an 8 since I am the second owner.

Zu Event - 3 meter pair with 1/4" copper spade on speaker end and 5/16" on amp end. These are Zu's newest top of the line cable presently selling on their website for $1020.00 at the 3 meter length. Excellent detail top to bottom with a wide sound stage. These I will grade a 9 on the Audiogon scale.

    Got the Zu Libtechs in excellent shape Saturday. Hooked 'em up today and WOW, these things are outstanding. Impressive quality, especially the heavy duty spades. Very dynamic, extending lower, and more organic sounding than the MIT's on my office rig. Seem to really let the tube goodness come through and the soundstage is, at times, amazing. I was startled by voices coming from behind me more than a few times this afternoon. I'll be trying these out on the den system as soon as I get a chance.

    Can't thank you enough for the crazy good deal, exc comm, and superfast shipping. I will not hesitate to deal with doctor r in the future. Someone should grab the other set fast if they're as good as these guys.
