Saw this thing cruising down the highway the other day. Anybody know what the heck it is? I thought for sure somebody rigged up some kind of a hot tub in the back of a DeVille. I could see a little in to the back and it was just some more bare sheet metel.

That's easy. It's a redneck mobile jacuzzi back splash guard. We see them all the time parked at the double wides dotting the landscape.
