    Not a well loved model but if its cheap, sure. Unless it was MINT and with original everything, I'd pass most likely.

    Reason I am asking is the 5 Marantz MA500's are not real high on the WAF in the H/T system, so i am thinking about going to a single amp calm things down a bit:mrgreen: Thus the Parasound...its either one like that or possibly a 3 channel amp and then I would move the Amherst inside to the H/T system and use the Marantz's for garage duty or use the Crest amp that is sitting doing zilch and sell the Marantz's....

    The mosfet, Nelson Pass designed Adcoms are very good

    The adcoms are decent amps but not as detailed or warm or cleam as the parasound of equal specs or pricing. Ive had many of both. Imho, its (as i am aware) a matter of preferrance though. But notice the parasound is sold already! Dont hesitate next time if the price is right. You wont be sorry.
