Hack speakers anyone?

I'm selling a pair of Baze speakers, designed and built in Denmark. I bought these speakers new and have had them for about 9 years now.

These speakers DON'T have internal crossover. I removed them and connected the drivers directly to the back connectors. There no capacitors, resistors, etc.

I replaced both original tweeters with Planar + ribbon tweeters (as seen on the pictures). The Planar tweeter itself sells for about $100 the pair on ebay (when found - these are rare).


I enjoy the addition of the second tweeter, and that the binding post cups look like they've been hacked all over. Good times...

    Not even I would so some $hit like that! :redface: And I have "experimented" building speakers a little here and there! lol Although the EMIT's look pretty beat up, at least he used one of the best (imho) tweeters around. Would like to acquire a spare pair of those someday.
