Sundown monoblock car amp

Looking into a new car next year and more than likely my days of a killer system are over. So its time to move some gear along to fund other purchases.

For sale is a USED Sundown Audio SAX-1200D amplifier. This amp is VERY NICE and in decent/mint condition. I purchased it for ~400 bucks plus tax at a local authorized dealer last year around April (link to price they matched here). It was professionally installed in my car by said shop in Lafayette, Indiana and never abused. It was used to power a 2 ohm load from my Treo TE 10.44 subwoofer. I just sold the sub and box and this needs to go as well.

This amp will do just about everything you would want and not even blink twice. Anyone looking for a amp to really drive the subs in their car need look no further! It doubles its wattage as you drop down in ohms and is 1 ohm stable!

It will ship double boxed in the original box with a never installed gain knob, the manual and stickers that all came with it.

I am asking 275 + shipping CONUS. I am willing to entertain trade offers depending on what you have (interconnects, power conditioner, ect).

Preferred method of payment will be paypal as a gift, otherwise the purchaser will eat the fees. Other options may be available depending on the forum member. The amp will be insured for the purchase price with signature required. Price is somewhat negotiable (but dont low ball me). I also reserve the right to pull this amp off the market.

PLEASE POST INTEREST IN THIS THREAD AND PM ME.

As an FYI this amp is selling for 394 new as of right now: http://www.woofersetc.com/p-9258-sax-1200d-sundown-audio-1200w-1-channel-monoblock-amplifier.aspx

So this is quite a steal if your still on the fence.

Hmm, my MB Quart sub could use some more juice...funds are low though so what are you looking for as far as trades go?? Have some Marantz MA500 Monobloc amps, Harman Kardon 330b receiver, EPI drivers, KEF 103/4 crossovers, Denon PMA-770 integrated, lots of cd's and lp's also:mrgreen:

The amp I am selling is used. Its what I was using to drive my car sub which is now sold off as of two weeks ago. I had hoped to get enough funds to put a TC Sounds LMS-R 12" into my car (which this amp could drive with NO ISSUES) but alas its not meant to be, so this baby needs to go to a better home.

Well mostly at this point looking for 2 channel (or monoblock) amps that are 4 ohm stable if possible, a somewhat decent pre or integrated would work as well. Dont have a TT so LP's wouldnt help me much lol.

Let me look at the spec's on the Denon, HK and Marantz guys and get back to you.
