Was wondering if I can combine the various audio lists I have into one big one on the Touch or do I have to do it on ITunes first and then transfer it over to the Touch? I have no idea how this stuff works:redface: BTW, its a Gen 2.

You can do it right on the iPod. In the music app tap on playlists, then add playlist, type in a name then it brings up a screen were you select all the songs you want to add

Everything with an iPod Touch works through iTunes. It will scan your files for music index them and from there you can let it build your play lists in various ways setup Genius to build play lists. or you can put togather your own. iTune only plays MP4, ACC, WAV, and MP3(lame) music files so a converter might be handy. The best is Illustrates' db PowerAmp converter it converts music files from whatever you have to whatever you want it to be. I have used db Power amp for almost 10 years and I have found nothing better for music files. I have an iPod Touch 2G, and a 4G. Waiting to see what the iPad Mini offers tomorrow (10/23) rumored not to have the Retinal Display if it doesn't I am not interested.Radio Station W7ITC

Don't know if you've figured it out or not yet, but when I select the playlist - it gives me an option to Edit, Clear and Delete. Do you have it updated, or are you seeing something different?65" Sony X900 (XBR-65X900E)

My computer's power supply failed last week and I just finished installing the new one.
To delete a play list from iTunes go to the left side column look at where is says Playlist, is there anything under it place your cursor on the word Playlist to the right you will see the word show pop in, click it and it will show all of the playlist you have. If you want to delete one just right click it and you will have the choice to delete it. From your Touch to delete a playlist list swipe your finger to the right on the playlist you want to delete you will have a red Delete button appear just tap it and that playlist is gone.Radio Station W7ITC
