FXi A6 vs Energy CR10

Hi all,

In your opinion and/or expertise, would a pair of Energy CR10 surround speakers fit within a RTi A setup?

I have RTi A3's for fronts, CSi A6 for centre, and will put the RTi A1's for rear.

Would a pair of CR-10's fit as side surrounds or should I go with a FXi A6 setup?

Reason I'm asking is because I have a window impeding where I mount these and the CR-10's would actually fit better.

Thanks,

Babber

In the end, the front three, which you already have timbre matched, are the most important in matching for HT sound. What you use as surrounds is secondary. The Energys would work for you there. In general Energy metal domes are a little softer than the tweeters in the Rti series! Shouldn't matter much back there, though!

Thanks cnh. I was thinking the same thing but wanted some reassurance.

What about Fxi A4's instead? They'd probably fit better and would match your system, just a thought.
