How to Insert Picture in Text?

How can I insert a picture in a specific part of text in a post? I've seen it in other posts, but cannot figure out how to do this. Please help!!!!

    use the photo tool in the editor to put the pic in your message, and then cut & paste it where you want.

    What's the "photo tool in the editor"? Do you mean the "Manage Attachments"? If different, then where/what is the photo tool editor in the Polk forum?

    it will place attach code into your message, and you can cut and pasted beginning/ending tags wherever you like.

    A plaintext file, such as a file with a .txt extension, in Microsoft Windows can only have text and no formatted text or images inserted into it. If you're working with this file it will need to be converted into a file format that supports rich text.

    To do this you can save the file as a different file format such as .RTF of .DOC for users using Microsoft Word or Microsoft WordPad. Once the file has been changed, you can follow the below steps for inserting an image into the text file.
