Greetings from a newb!

Long time Polk listener, but I hadn't ever stubled across this forum until someone on thecarversite.com told me about it.

I have been a fan of Polk for years. From my first set of bookshelfs, to my RTi12's, Monitor 12's and as of today...SDA SRS 1.2's!!!

I look forward to chatting with some of you guys about the awesome sound that is Polk Audio and to pick your brains as I attempt restoration on my SDA's!

    There is a slew of upgrade threads for the 1.2/1.2tl's as well as other SDA's mine included.. Get your read on and open up that wallet of yours LOL!!

    I am sure it will get pricey...it always does. I was happy with mY Carver M1.0t and my monitor 12's. Then I heard the M1.0t with the MK2 upgrade and had to have mine upgraded as well. I think these speakers will be a perfect match once I get them up and going properly!

    I have 2 of the Carver MKII Opt 2 amps and they are killer with nicely modded SDA's.
    Actually i will be selling at least one since i went all tubes but plan to keep one for sure.Great great amps.

    I actually have another M1 but I just haven't had it modded yet. I am currently having my C-1 preamp upgraded.
