Onkyo TX NR708 12 volt trigger

I need some help using the 12 volt trigger on my Onkyo TX NR708. What I want to do is turn on the Onkyo with my Harmony remote and have it turn on my Panamax M5300-EX switched outlets automatically.
The issue is the Onkyo 12 volt trigger is only on Zone 2, which I am not going to use.
So, how would hook everything up.
