    I disagree completely with you guys on the price. They sell occasionally for ~$1500 in used condition with obvious blemishes. If these truly look as pristine as the ad states, I don't think he is that far off. Maybe $1800. How many pairs of "as good as new" condition quality SRSes do you suppose are out there? You may not see value in that, but there are those of us who do.

    Hell I can't even get a bite on my nearly mint 2.3's with new boards & upgraded tweeters for $800. I do realize that mine are not the big boys. If anyone has shown interest, they have just been tire kickers. I guess I'll just keep them.

    Also, anyone that pays that for SRS's is smoking crack, regardless of condition. 1.2tl's...sure I can see them going for that (which I thnk is still ridiculous...but people do pay it).

    Looked at a pair of 1.2tl the other day. All eight tweeters were blown and the right speaker had
    Water damage so bad that it was pulling away from the cabinet. He wanted $800! No thanks
