Hey guys,
So this is just a feeler for any potential buyers. I have a VSX-84TXSi that I am looking to upgrade. It was Top of the Line for Pioneer Elite when it was purchased in 2003. It has had the HDMI firmware upgrade, comes with both the main and room 2 remote, the ipod dock, the antenna, all the manuals, etc. It is in excellent shape, and is very powerful. I find the sound that it produces very nice. It has 4 HDMI inputs and as long as you don't need 3d capability, it will suit your needs.
It is very clean and in great condition. It was never put into protection, and always adult used in a non-smoking home.
Here are the particulars:

I am asking for $400 - packaged, insured, and shipped to your door.

You know what, rather than build in the haggle price, let me just give you my Polkie price right off the bat.
$315 shipped and insured.
One thing I should mention is that I won't be fully ready to sell for about 2 weeks or so, but thought I'd raise awareness if anyone is looking to get one hell of an AVR for a deal.design is where science and art break even. -
HDMI wasn't around in '03... or is my memory fading? It should be at least an 06 or newer...Never kick a fresh **** on a hot day.

Sorry, guys, you are correct. I inadvertently typed in the incorrect year. It was purchased in 2006. I fat-fingered the date on the keypad.design is where science and art break even.

Great unit. I've owned one for years and have only good things to say about it.
Also, paired with a Pio Elite DVD player you can use i-link for super hirez audio for SACD or DVD-A discs. I used mine with a DV-79avi and love it. The DV-47ai and DV-59avi work as well.My 7.4.4 DIY 4k Home Theater:
