Hey Guys,
So a buyer on audiogon decided that he wanted a different item after he had already decided to buy mine. So he wants to cancel. I told him fine buy if I couldn't relist for free he would need to pay the listing fees. but I can't tell if there is a way on audiogon to cancel the transaction and relist for free. Is there?

I would just shoot an email to audiogon as I would hope they can accommodate that request. However, since you relisting it makes them money, I wouldn't hold my breath.

Yes I sent them an email so we will see. All I want to do is be able to "unexpire" the listing so it remains open and I can actually sell the item. It seems that if it doesn't actually sell (i.e. get paid for) then I should be able to use the remainder of the 30 days that I paid for with the listing fee.
I'll let you know what I hear back...Living Room 2.2: Usher BE-718 "tiny dancers"; Dual DIY Dayton audio RSS210HF-4 Subs with Dayton SPA-250 amps; Arcam SA30; Musical Fidelity A308; Sony UBP-x1000es

I had the same thing happen.
Just send audiogon an email, they used to refund you if you listed it again. I had it happen before all the changes and they were more than good about it. Otherwise you would have to go back in and see if you could edit it but I don't think the new system will let you if the buyer used the buy it now feature and you already accepted.
