Selling Yamaha CA 1010 integrated amp. This 41 lb unit was made around 1978 and puts out 90 watts per channel into 8 ohms and 120 into 4 ohms. It is also switchable to Class A and puts ut 18 watts per channel in that mode. Features, twin power, meters, A/B speaker switching, high and subsonic filters, -20db muting and preamp out cut off, input selection for tuner, 2 tape decks, aux and two turntables (including MC). Record out for same. Mode selection of stereo, rev, nono L+R, mono R, mono L. Also a selector for fine tuning the phoo inputs including a MC option. Also has preamp out and main amp in terminals..
The amp works very well except the balance control will cut out if turned left. I never use it so it is not an issue. The faceplate as some corner dings and scratches. As you can see in the pictures the cabinet is OK but has some chew marks on the top right edge. Totaly redoable if one wanted to. The A terminals have been replaced with ones that accept bananas and the original power cord has been repaired as I use a detachable power cord with my gear. Priced below the going rate at $200. I am in MN Thanks

That's a nice amp at a nice price, unfortunately, I spent more than that on a Sansui AU-517 a while back and now it needs a look-see into its phono pre-amp section. There's only so much one can put out or rather into vintage audio before repair time sets in. I realize that the Yammie runs in class A and is more powerful. But the Sansui is fine for now, or after it gets the attention it needs.
In any case that's one heck of a place to get into vintage integrateds: A TOTL Yammie unit!
