I have decided to sell my Adcom-5802. This is a low-mileage, adult-driven amp. It has never been abused. I am the second owner. I purchased the amp locally in January 2010 from an older gentleman who had used it sparingly. Since purchasing the amp, it has only been used for a total of about one year driving a then stock pair of 1.2tl's. It has spent most of it's time in storage or sitting on a shelf waiting to be reutilized. It is in exceptional condition for an amp that I don't believe has been produced for more than a decade now. There a few small paint chips on the fins and there is a small paint chip on the on the top right corner of the faceplate.
I hooked it up the other day to make sure everything was still operating properly. I almost decided against selling it right then and there. I never remembered it sounding so good! That may be due in part to the PS Audio Soloist SE, the PS Audio AC-12 power cord, the 1000VA AI-1, etc. Back when I was using this amp it had the stock power cord and I had Monster Cable (the clear stuff) speaker wire.

The price is $900.00(plus paypal fees if that is how payment is made) plus shipping.

I have no idea what it will cost to ship this beast. To give you an idea, my JC-1's cost $50.00 each for shipping and they are heavier than this amp. The amp will be double-boxed to protect the original box from damage.
