I recently purchased a IHT 4000 hooked up to a Panasonic plasma using a the supplied optical cable. The sound would cut out so called Polk and they advised to used the analog cables. The sound does not cut our however the bass has become too overpowering? Turning down the subwoofer doesn't help much.

Any ideas to fix?
