Help EXCEL GURU, CONDITIONAL formatting

Hello Polks,
Kinda need help to condition col A,B,C and D on sheet (INPUT). The source will be from sheet (REFERENCE) col A,B and C. The objective is to auto-populate Col A,C and D once I enter Col B data on sheet(Input), capturing what's on col A and col C from sheet(Reference).

For EG: sheet(input)
If I enter 21 on col B, the col A (1805), col (Pipe Bend) will populated. Also Col D will be conditioned if col C = Tap,Elbow, then col D = 'MAJOR' otherwise 'N/A'

I can figure this out but will take me hours :( as my excel has been down the drain. Any help can be appreciated. Thank you.
