HTPC and 2 tuners cards?

Is this possible? Can one have 2 tuners so there Quad tuners? I have this card in my HTPC could I use 2?

It really depends on the software you are using on the HTPC. The Windows Media Center that is included in Windows 7 will support up to 4 of each type of tuner (analog, digital OTA, ClearQAM, Cablecard).
