For sale a Very good condition Harman/Kardon HD 990 player-dac! I have the original box, manual, remote, and all included cables. This player has true balanced D-to-A conversion via two AD1955 DACs, and true balanced output with Class A diamond output stages which are practically unheard of at this price level. Im asking

The HD 990 also has optical and coaxial digital inputs and can be used as a DAC. See a review here:

    I have one of these in my second system and have been quite happy with it (Nakamichi CA-5, NAD 214, HK HD 990, LSi-7s). Use the DAC occasionally with my PC. At this price it's hard to beat the sound performance to feature set on these! It's almost unrivaled at this price point (see Harman link below).

    Guess it's just a CD player, not a receiver that is being sold. I was thinking receiver when I clicked on the link, which would be something that would constitute a SMOKING deal. The kind I offer, and look for!!:razz:

    Dudes? This player can hold its own with "any" in its price class. I ought to know, I own one! Lots of nice features. Clean, distortion free sound, asynchronous processing, plus DAC ins. What more can you ask for in this price range?
