There is a pair for sale about 3 miles from me that I am going to try and get my ears on this afternoon. Does anybody have information or experience with Acoustat in general. What should I be looking for/listening for, and what would be a fair price for these?

I've never heard any acoustats - my brother says a friend of his (in oklahoma) has a pair they sound "fine". especially for vocals and accoustic music.
Let us know what you think once you lay your ears on them (and take pics if its not a restricted area).

Did you get to listen to these yet? I'm curious because I have a pair of Model 3's that need some work and I'm trying to decide if I want to get the work done or not. The Model 6's are pretty hard to come by and are usually $1000 to $2000 from what I've seen. Let us know.
