I need two back speakers to complete my 7.1, what would work well with the rt25I?

Yea the xpa 3 would do your front sound stage. Left right and center.
I dont have two amps. The C-1 is a preamp and the M1.0t is a power amp. My setup works like this. Blu-ray and xbox feed into my Pioneer vsx32. Then I have preouts from the Pioneer into the C-1 preamp. The C-1 also has my turn table connected to it. Then the C-1 feeds into my M1.0t, that powers my from rtia's. My center and surrounds are powered from the Pioneer

Sweet. I just upgraded my center, the front and amp are going to have to wait, but I think I know exactly what I want to do. I'm just worried about power consumption at this point. Already have a lot of stuff going on just two circuits.
