    Hello wally,
Welcome to Polk's forum. The RM6750 requires some fairly specific connection and setup requirements, can you describe how you have connected the satellites and the bass unit? This will effect the quality and performance of the bass.
    Regards, Ken

You want to look at the receiver's setup instructions and make sure the sub-out function is turned on, this would be a menu choice. Also make sure the receiver's sub-out frequency is set to 120Hz. This is necessary to match the satellite's low frequency capability. Also the variable low pass filter, on the sub, should be set to the highest setting, turned all the way clockwise.
