This iteration of Ty's Taylo Ref Line of Speakers actually has me considering a new purchase. I love the way these speakers look which is a first for me when referring to Ty's designs.

    I heard them or some very similar at the Axpona audio show and was not at all impressed.

    I have never been a huge fan of Ty's 3 way designs. The blending to the bottom woofer is usually pretty poor. IMO

    That being said, I dont understand the reasoning behind going to the 6" excel midbass driver either.
