Been looking at new dacs in the under $500 range and I settled on 3 choices:
1.Keces-131
2.Valab-WM8741
3.Audio-gd NFB-11.32

The Keces 131 I did research on,however had trouble finding a place to purchase.Nothing on Ebay,Amazon etc.......zip

The Valab WM8741 was really nice.It comes in silver, which I much prefer....dual 8741 Wolfson dac Chips,TE7022L Dac receiver chip. Also,it's Taiwan-based and their auctions on ebay are very informative. These people really know their stuff.

The Audio-gd NFB-11.32(brand new version of the NFB 11)......ES 9018 sabre Dac chip,32-bit High/Full speed Asynchronous Transfer mode up to 32bit/384k ability. With Headphone amp(Black only).

.......and the winner is:The NFB-11.32......Couldn't pass up the chance to get the Sabre ES9018 Dac at such a low cost.It lists for $335,but is only $299 for the first 45 promo units....what a deal!
I added 2 upgrades:Usb and ES9018 TCXO crystal clock upgrade......These were $20 each and well worth it.

So,$339 +$33.50 shipping to USA...Really,really happy about this purchase.....Will review when I get it.....Peter:mrgreen:

congrats, man! I love my Audio GD products: the Digital Interface and NFB-7 DAC. The NFB-7 is the best sounding DAC I've tried to date.

If that USB32 chip in the 11.32 is as good as they say it is, it would be cool if Kingwa would make a new DI using it. I'd buy it.

    Looking forward to your impressions!

Thanks Falconcry.....Everyone seems to like Audio-gd......It's funny I asked for a quote on the DI-VS also, figuring I would use optical to the DAC instead of USB....just another option. However,Kingwa emailed me back saying this is redundant......The 32bit ES9018 in the 11.32 is way better than the DI with optical in....Nice,huh?.....Saved from pissing away an extra $150......peter

Very nice. That makes me want a new DI with the USB32 chip even more!
