Polk Audio SDA SRS signature speakers 1800.00 dollars they look like they just came out of the showroom.Is this too much money for these

    For 1.2 TL's even that is high, but local makes all the difference especially if your in Alaska. You could like offer $1200 and see what happens. But it's all up to if you see them pop up a lot where you are.

    I disagree $1800 is fair if they are in show room quality. Can you find a better deal? Yes and no but how long will you wait for them and what quality will they be?

    If they are a set you would really like to get your hands on then go get them, Knowing what I know about them today I would pay that to have them especially if they are in that show room quality you say they are in..

    ^^^^I agree with what Larry is saying here. You may find them cheaper for sure but it depends on where you are. I know the market has them lower but you always have to think about the fact that most speakers, if any, for $1800 will not sound like these.

    Those are the upgraded RDO 198's which makes it worth $1800 IMO.

    They could be RD0194-1's as they look exactly the same as the RD0198-1's.

    robert p, the crossover board will be marked BE-2000-A, B or C. That will tell which model you have.

    That would be 194's on the non TL's. Offer him $1500 and if he makes a face pull out the other $300 :lol:
