    Lemme think .... I could buy his PIO for $300 with the assurance that he's "fiddled" with it, and with what is left of the warranty, or ....

    Using the link in his CL listing, go directly to Amazon and buy it NEW (as in unonpened, un-fiddled with gear) for $324.99 with free shipping and full manufacturer's 1-year warranty.

    A lot of those ads are nonsense. Most of the time they got it cheaper and are looking to make a few bucks.
    A ton of those on sale Polks from Fry's ended up on CL for more money.
