Do female vocalist sound better through a set of good speaker vs. a male vocalist?
I have been sitting around a lot and listening to different female and male artist and
to me hands down its a female voice.

Whats your take?

    I have found it takes a damn good speaker to reproduce male vocals correctly...

    The only speaker I have personally owned that I felt did it right was my modified Super Towers...

    The best test to see if you have any accent to your lower mids for male vocals is dead can dance - the ubiquitous mr. lovegrove. If your speakers can reproduce his voice CLEANLY, absolutely no modulation or chestiness you are on the right track, otherwise start over! :)

    Best male voice in the industry! A friend of mine just got a rough mix copy of the Mavericks upcoming release, sounds great too! IMO everyone should own his "Today" release. You got good taste George!
