HT Advice

Thanks in advance for your input. I am seeking advice about my ht setup. The items relevant to the discussion are: Yamaha 1105,velodyne ct100, ct145, 5jrs (2) and r 40s (2) . The jrs will be getting new woofers this week. Should I use the jrs as rear surrounds (on stands) or get new? My HT is in a dedicated room (31x16) so footprint is not an issue. Any other tips are appreciated.
