For sale is my used 11.6" MacBook Air. I purchased this MacBook in February, 2011. It's got the 1.4 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo, 2 GB of RAM, and a 60 GB SSD. Cosmetically, the laptop looks like it's out-of-the-box new with no dents, dings, or scratches. This computer is in flawless condition and still runs like the day I took it out of the box. It only takes 13 seconds to boot up and wakes instantly from sleep. Applications open immediately, and it's as if there's no time wasted when you're using this computer. If you haven't seen a MacBook Air in action, look on YouTube and you'll see how fast this thing is. Depending on the way you manage energy, the battery lasts up to 6 hours.

Along with the MacBook Air, I'm also including: an Incase soft case, charger, and extension cord. I'll reformat the SSD and it'll be like a brand-new computer.

I'm looking for $700 OBO. I will ship UPS from ZIP 40503, buyer pays shipping. PM your offers or questions. Tuition sky-rocketed and it's either the laptop or the LSi9s...

I may be interested. How much did you pay for this when brand new?

I paid a little over $1000, and that was a year ago.

This is a great deal. I have the current generation 13" Air that just came out a few months ago. Before I bought that, I had the prior generation 11". I loved that 11", but my eyesight is fading fast and I wanted to move up to the bigger screen. But I just couldn't believe how great that 11" was. Someone is going to be very happy when they get their hands on this. GLWTS.
Good music, a good source, and good power can make SDA's sing. Tubes make them dance.

Do you have the original box for it?
I know I have the box at my parents' house, but that's 340 miles away. So, for now let's say no box. However, everything that came in the box I have with me, and is included with the computer.

Received in like new condition, no signs of use. I like it! After years of PC use the mac system doesn't seem all that intuituve to me. I'll get it though.
    Thanks!

The 'change' isn't too bad, but it can be frustrating at times. For me it was much less painful than I anticipated, and once I get acclimated I got to where I preferred it over Windows. Do yourself a favor and check out a program called TotalFinder, it's $20 and is a program I think every Mac owner should run.

The biggest frustration that I had with OSX was the way it sorted things in Finider. I came from 15+ years of Windows where, regardless of your sorting order, folders were always sorted separately from files. So the folders would all be listed first or last depending on my sort order, but they were always listed together. With OSX, the OS treats the folders and files the same, so when sorting by name for example, the folders get mixed in with the files. Dumb Dumb Dumb, no human is going to find that method or sorting useful. In my year of dealing with the Macs and years of dealing with the iDevices, that is by far the most frustrating issue I've had with Apple, with the lack of flash support on iDevvices coming in a distant second.

Well, TotalFinder fixes that and gives you a bunch of extra goodies like tabs in your Finder window and easier cutting and pasting, totally worth $20.
