Tour this brings back many memories! Man did I really want and admire the L 100's in the 70's. In fact several months ago I was considering bidding on a what looked like mint pair on ebay.
    Great stuff Tour,

    BDR,
I, too, lusted after the L100's. Remember looking long and hard at a pair in "Tokyo Shapiro" (remember that retailer?)
in a local mall around '75. Even got the green light from the then "little lady", but passed.

BTW, the link is from a current ebay listing by the same seller that's offering the SDA SRS 2's.

There's also Lansing Heritage. Plenty of good info. There's also some snazzy pics of the A7-8s. Where's my tape measure and saw?

I don't think there were Tokyos in the northeast. Geez after 30 plus years the 100's are still respected. I could'nt afford them so I bought a pair of the large Advents in 73 for $104 each from Tech Hi FI in Boston. Sold them three years later and bought a pair of Altec 890C Boleros which I still have packed away...
    Nice Altec stuff Gid...

    Hey Big Dan

If you ever feel like pulling those puppies out of the box and snapping a few pics it would be appreciated. Then again if you would like to put a shipping label on that box, I guess I'd be fine with that too.

In addition to the VOTTs, I've got some Segovias and will be getting some Santana IIs on loan someday while I replace the surrounds.

Those Everest are beautiful! Too bad big horns are hard to find now.
