Look guys, I'm slowly getting the offline list setup and going to run it in the next week. I realize your name may not be on the list but I haven't completed it yet. I'm going to sweep the forum a couple more times for names then I'll just do it on a per case basis.

As far as past feedback, what's missing and why you don't have a number....that's not my issue. I'm adding you to the list based on the number that is currently shown beside your name, period. I'm not going back to do in depth research on 150+ active sales members. Some of you were screwed royally on the server upgrade and I understand that, and I feel for you since it does indeed suck. Fact is, I'm doing this for gratis and to help get our FS area more inline with the past. It's never been anything but a guide and is no way indicative of actual transaction history.

If you want it to go away for good, be careful as this will erase every number and some of you with 5 or more would go right to zero or unknown. Just relax, let me populate it as much as I can until I get frustrated and we'll move on.
CTC BBQ Amplifier, Sonic Frontiers Line3 Pre-Amplifier and Wadia 581 SACD player. Speakers? Always changing but for now, Mission Argonauts I picked up for $50 bucks, mint.

A big Thanks to Doro / Mark for bringing this forward, lets hope he can support this with his time without getting too nutty on his end.

I think I'm already on the nutty side so that's the least of your worries Steve.

I think this is a good thing. Well done sir.

I would have given cambir positive feedback on my cd changer in a heartbeat had I been able to do so. Members need to know who the best sellers might be.

I honestly could care less if I start at 0. People can view history and ask questions.

I don't do Audiogon or eBay. Just can't get into it and they do fee you well and I dislike like. It's the people/community here that make me comfortable to sell. I'd rather buy a audio piece from a Polkie then some random "not-into"audio" local schmuck.

I understand your opinion but for those of us that sell on a regular basis, abroad, this feedback speaks volumes. After you get high feedback in multiple places, yes, it's not really an issue anymore but some places take this UBER seriously and backup matters. I take great pride in my feedback on all forums and while I may be the highest here, am small potatoes elsewhere but this is my core. A bunch of folks lost a couple years' worth of numbers for no real reason and that sucks.

Yes, it's can be a nerdy thing but for some its a serious number that means the difference in a sale. The same happens, or used to happen in the early days of eBay. Now it's just a free for all and even Audiogon has become a bit convoluted.

Hey, it is what it is and if it means that one buyer here has more security than he would otherwise, than it has been worth it. Just my thoughts as a seller and buyer on many levels.
